We don’t charge an installation fee when you place a service order, as long as we don’t have to run our fibre further than 20 metres from the street to your home.

If your home is in one of our live areas, we’ll have fibre installed, activated and you’ll be connected within 7 days.

All you have to do is place a service order and if you're in one of our live areas, we'll have you activated within 3 days.

No extra fees or hidden cancellation costs. Breaking up is easy, just give us 3 days’ notice ahead of your next debit order date.
